Today, on the NPR site, the following article reports a study initiated by University of Chicago to see if the bigger bang for social investment is in the young child, or that child’s parent(s).

A Stepping Stone Foundation has always seen the value of doing both. We have been delivering quality preschool with required adult education/parenting and home visiting for more than two decades.
